My name is Brad Klopman, and I am grateful to be able to pursue my passion for pickleball after selling the company I founded, The Cohost Company.
I began The Cohost Company, a full service Airbnb property management business in Joshua Tree, in 2018 with nothing but an idea of becoming the first of its kind in the area. Within five years, I am proud to have put Joshua Tree on the map as one of the most popular Airbnb locations in the world, ushering in some of the most exclusive Airbnbs featured in Netflix’s “World’s Most Amazing Vacation Rentals,” Dwell, The New York Times and Sunset Magazine. I developed an innovative branding method commonly used across Airbnbs today, and, as a result, grew The Cohost Company to over 10 million dollars in sales.
In my early career, after graduating college with a BA in Film, I was the head of Outside Magazine's online video department, producing and editing video buyer guides, event coverage and writers’ stories. After that, I produced documentary feature films in Hollywood and high-end corporate videos for companies such as Boeing, Carrier, and United Technologies. I am honored that one of the feature documentary films I produced "Best Worst Movie," won numerous awards and was one of Roger Ebert's favorite documentaries of 2010.
Today you can find me on the pickleball court enjoying this exciting sport and using my expertise and strategies to help pickleball companies, like Paradise Pickleball, grow and succeed.
